Having recently moved into new premises in the Old Town Hall, Meltham the Crossroads Centre will provide free space for organisations wishing to hold meetings. It has several secure rooms to carry out training with the use of IT facilities, or meeting rooms and is prepared to offer any help and advice to those who need it.
Benefits and Debt advice is provided either face-to-face or by telephone to help people in financial crisis and legal advice is also available. Volunteers support the centre’s activities.
When visiting the centre, you will be welcomed by a face-to-face friendly volunteer with a cup of tea and a natter.
We have been open throughout the last year despite the pandemic and we look forward to welcoming new volunteers in the Centre, the Shop and the Food Bank when it’s safe to do so.
