My name is “C” and I got a recommendation for crossroads from my son. He’d already used their services due to having difficult times financially and personally. I’d explained to him that I’d been paying a debt management company £50 a month for years, I was turning 55 and was getting money from my pension and wanted to become debt free. After a few meetings, Chris acting on my behalf negotiated with my debtors and reduced my debt from £17000 to £10000. The relief was amazing. After years of worry I’d paid everything off!
I’ve brought up 4 children alone for the past 24 years, always having a job but sometimes life got in the way and debts mounted. Luckily I didn’t have to sell my home to pay the debts off, and thanks to Chris my life is much better. I would recommend their services to anyone in debt. Crossroads have brought me out of a bad place where I couldn’t see past the next day. Chris smith has been amazing in every way helping me with my debts my housing and Roger with food…. Also work when I’ve needed it, he’s been there helping me out. Now my life is better things are looking up and it’s all from crossroads doing what they do… Thank u so much. (MD)
